Crushed Green Olives

Wash the olives well and drain the water.

At the end of 2 days, let's filter the bitter water and put enough water to cover it again and wait for 2 more days.
At the end of 2 days, drain the bitter water, add enough water to cover it again and close the lid.
Repeat this step at least 3 times.
For each 1 liter container of crushed olives, add 1 teaspoon of lemon salt and 1 tablespoon of rock salt.
