Let's wash the figs well the day before and put them in a pot, pour the sugar on it, close the lid of the pot and leave it overnight.The next day, put the pot on the stove and boil over low heat.
After boiling, check the consistency after about half an hour and add lemon juice.
When the jam reaches the consistency, remove it from the stove.
If you wish, you can fill it into a jar and keep it hot.
