Grate the zest of the lemon and orange. However, do not grate the white parts so that your lemonade does not turn bitter. Then remove the seeds from the lemon and orange.Crush the lemon and orange into a puree with the help of a rondo.
Add the sugar and peels into a bowl with a lid, mix well and add the mashed lemons and oranges in the rondo to this mixture, mix until the sugar dissolves, close the lid and leave it overnight.
Strain the mixture through cheesecloth or a strainer. Add each liter slowly and continue the process until the lemon taste and smell in the pulp is gone. Then our lemonades are ready.
