Pickled Tomato

Wash the tomatoes.Cut 2 cloves of garlic into pieces.
Put the tomatoes into a litre glass jar.
Put the garlic between them.
Put salt, sugar and vinegar on it.
Add enough water to cover the tomatoes and add the celery leaves.
Close the jar tightly.
Let it stand for 15 - 20 days in a place out of the sun and then you can serve it.
