Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into rings.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Finely chop the parsley.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the cubed beef and roast it.
After the colour turns, add the pepper, tomato, parsley and salt.
Roast until the water is absorbed.
Then set it aside to cool down.
After the pita bread dough is fermented, roll out the dough on the floured kitchen bench.
Let's put our filling in the middle of the dough.
Put it on the baking tray where we spread greaseproof paper.
Spread egg yolk and olive oil on the edge.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven.
