Plum Sorbet

Let's boil our water in a pot and when it boils, throw our plums. I threw the plums whole, you can slice them if you want.
When it boils for another 5-10 minutes, add sugar, cinnamon and cloves, boil for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Strain the water into a jug. Let's take the cinnamon and cloves out of it, as long as it waits, it will not taste bitter and the aroma will pass anyway.
You can serve some of the remaining watery pulp in bowls, like a pleasant drink.
Our sherbet is ready to cool in the fridge and drink on hot summer days.
