Wash the purple cabbage and chop it finely.Put the cabbage in a bowl, sprinkle a teaspoon of rock salt on it and rub it for 3 minutes.
Then squeeze the juice of 2 lemons over the cabbage and rub it for another 3 minutes.
Mix the water and vinegar in another bowl.
Put the purple cabbages into three small size jars by pressing them.
Let's add the water remaining at the bottom of the cabbages into the vinegar water.
And pour this mixture over the cabbages.
Close the lids of the jars and keep them in the refrigerator.
It can be used the next day.
