Separate the roses from the leaves and wash them with plenty of water (not in a strainer, but in a bowl of water, so that the dust does not remain in it, wash the leaves in this water and take them into another bowl by hand and repeat this process several times).After washing, put the leaves in a large bowl, add sugar, lemon juice and lemon salt, rub them well by hand to give them color and add 3.5 liters of boiling water and leave them for 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours, strain through cheesecloth or a strainer and put in the fridge to cool.
Serve it cold.
If the sherbet is too much, you can put it in plastic bottles and put it in the freezer and take it out whenever you wish.
