Remove the tamarind and soak it in water the day before.The next day, put it in a pot, add water and boil it.
After it starts to boil, add cloves, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon stick and lemon and boil for another 5 minutes.
Then, when all the ingredients are identical, remove it from the stove and let it warm up.
After warming, add honey, mix and let it rest for 8-9 hours.
At the last stage, we can add ice and serve.
