    Mix the yeast, sugar and milk and let it stand for 5 minutes.
    Add the yeast mixture into the kneading bowl.
    Add the egg, water, oil and butter and mix.
    Add the flour slowly and knead.
    Let's add our salt during the kneading process.
    After kneading the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it ferment for 1 hour.
    After fermenting, divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
    Sprinkle some flour on the counter, take each piece, roll it again with our hands and roll it out with a rolling pin.
    After rolling out, close the ends by squeezing them and give them the shape of a boat.
    Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese in the middle.
    Place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
    After placing them, break an egg in the center of each dough.
    Mix the egg yolk, milk and vegetable oil to spread on the edges of the pitas.
    Then spread this on the edges of the pitas.
    Let's bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until the dough is browned and the egg is cooked.
