Put sugar, salep and milk in a pot and whisk.
After it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the dark chocolate and mix.

After making sure that it has cooled down, let it stand in the deep freezer for 45 minutes.
Then take it out of the deep freezer, chop the milk chocolates into small pieces, put them in and whisk with a mixer.
Then put it back in the deep freezer and wait for it to freeze. -
