Put the bulgur in a bowl and pour hot water over it.

Then add the egg and pepper paste into the bulgur and add the flour little by little and knead it.
Add salt and black pepper and knead the mixture one last time.
Let's wet our hands slightly to shape it.
Let's pick hazelnut-sized pieces and roll them like a ball.
After rolling, make a hole in the middle with your finger.
Mix the shaped meatballs in a lightly floured bowl.
Put the water in a pot and boil it.
After boiling, throw the meatballs into it and mix.
Let's strain the boiled meatballs on the plate we will serve. -

Let's take olive oil and pepper paste in a pan and heat them.
Then add the tomatoes that we passed through a rondo.
When the consistency is close to thickening, add the grated garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt and mix.
Then pour the sauce over the fellah meatballs.
