Soak the chickpeas the night before.
For easier cooking, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the water.
The next day, let's drain the water and pass it through water.
You can peel the chickpeas if you wish.
Let's take the chickpeas in a pot, add water and let it cook.
After it is cooked thoroughly, remove it from the stove.
Let's reserve 2 tablespoons of chickpeas to serve on it. -

In a separate bowl, add tahini, olive oil, cumin, salt and lemon juice.
Chop the garlic finely and add it to this mixture and mix.
After boiling, drain the chickpeas and grind them with the tahini mixture until they reach a smooth consistency.
At this stage, if you have difficulty, you can add a little olive oil or water. -

Then take a serving plate and draw a round in the centre with a dessert spoon.
Sprinkle the chickpeas we set aside on it.
Finally, sprinkle olive oil and chilli powder and serve. -
