    Put the syrup ingredients in a pot and boil.
    After boiling, add lemon juice and boil for 5-6 more minutes and remove from the stove to cool.
    Add oil, yogurt, butter, egg, baking powder, semolina, salt and vanilla into a kneading bowl and knead.
    Then add the flour slowly and continue kneading.
    Let's take pieces from our soft dough and roll them in our hands.
    Put it on the griddle and press it with our hands and open it.
    Let's put walnuts in the center (it needs to be coarsely chopped) and close the ends together and remove them from the griddle.
    Place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
    Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
    After getting out of the oven, pour the cooled sherbet.
    Let it rest for 2.5 hours in this way and then you can serve it.
