Let's start making our dough. Pour the water into a bowl and add salt and sugar into it and mix. Add flour to the mixture little by little and knead it. Let's continue kneading until we get a medium hard dough. After we have a dough, sprinkle flour on the counter and continue kneading the dough on the counter for about 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a cylinder and divide it into equal pieces. Cover the dough pieces that we have divided into equal sizes with a damp cloth and let them rest for 1 hour. While our dough is resting, let's turn on the oven at 250 degrees with fan top-bottom open.

Sprinkle flour on the countertop and roll out the dough, which we divide into equal pieces, thinly one by one. Spread the filling all over the doughs we roll out, including the edges. Place the lahmacun on the bottom of the preheated oven and start cooking. When the bottom is slightly burnt, we can remove the lahmacun from the oven and continue cooking the others. On average, each lahmacun is cooked for 8-10 minutes.
