    Put the water, milk and sugar into the pot, mix and boil.
    Put the butter in another pot and melt it.
    Add the semolina and stir constantly.
    Continue roasting until it turns brown colour.
    After it turns brown, pour the milk mixture over the semolina.
    Cook until the semolina absorbs the syrup.
    After the syrup is absorbed, turn off the heat.
    Let's also close the bottom of the pot.
    You can serve it after resting it for at least 20 minutes.
