    Put the milk, sugar and salep in a pot and whisk.
    Boil over medium heat by stirring constantly.
    After it starts to boil, cook for 2-3 more minutes and turn off the heat.
    Then add tahini and whisk.
    Let's stir occasionally until it reaches room temperature.
    After it cools down, put it in the ice cream container and put it in the deep freezer.
    Let's take it out every half hour and pass it through the blender.
    After the consistency is golden, put it back in the deep freezer and freeze it.
