Separate the egg white from the yolk and put it in a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt into the egg white.
Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Mix sugar and water in a coffee pot and boil.
After boiling, pour it over the egg white that we whipped with its hot state and whisk it with a mixer for 10-15 minutes.
Then add vanilla and whisk for another 5-6 minutes.
We can rest it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve it. -
